Abstract
A communication device that enables more suitable retransmission of undelivered data in communication using a plurality of links. A transmission side communication device controls parallel transmission of data using the plurality of links in a wireless network, and sets retransmission of undelivered data using available links when the undelivered data is generated on a predetermined one of links. A reception side communication device controls parallel reception of data using the plurality of links in the wireless network, sets reception acknowledgment information including information specifying the reception situation of the data in the other link when returning reception acknowledgment information on one of the links, and controls the return of the reception acknowledgment information to set up links to receive retransmission data.
