Abstract

A connector (A) is provided with a terminal fitting () and a housing () for holding the terminal fitting (). The housing () includes a first function portion () made of a flexible synthetic resin material and a second function portion () made of a synthetic resin material having a smaller specific weight than the first function portion (). The connector (A) is lighter by a weight obtained by multiplying a specific weight difference of the first function portion () and the second function portion () by a volume of the second function portion () as compared to a connector in which the entire housing () is made of the same material as the first function portion ().
