Abstract
A capacitor () includes a main body () in which a dielectric layer () and an electrode layer () are laminated, and an external electrode () connected to at least a part of the main body. The electrode layer () includes a heavy edge portion () with a connecting part (), which connects to the external electrode and is thicker than an internal electrode part (). The capacitor () further includes an edge support layer () that is made of metal and is laminated on the heavy edge portion ().
