Abstract
A rotary freezing device for freezing granules according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a circulation passage; a fan for circulating cold air through the circulation passage; a cooler disposed in the circulation passage and configured to cool the cold air; and a cooling drum disposed in the circulation passage and configured to freeze granules by the cold air flowing into an interior of the cooling drum while conveying the granules from an inlet to an outlet.
