A compound represented by Chemical Formula 1: a photoresist fluorescent resin composition containing the compound of the Chemical Formula 1, a binder resin and a polymerizable compound including an ethylenically unsaturated bond, a color conversion film manufactured using the photoresist fluorescent resin composition, a backlight unit comprising the color conversion film, and a display apparatus comprising the backlight unit.
