Abstract

The invention relates to carrier device () for a dispensing device (), wherein the carrier device () comprises a plurality of holes () that are arranged along grid lines () of a Cartesian coordinate system () x,y-coordinate grid structure (), a plurality of detection devices () for detecting whether a dispensed liquid falls through a hole (), wherein the detection device () comprises a wave source unit () for emitting a wave and a wave receiver unit () for receiving the emitted wave wherein at least two detection devices () are arranged along a line (), wherein the detection devices () are arranged such that an angle between the line () and a grid line () of the grid structure is between 35° to 55°, in particular between 40° to 50°, preferably 45° and/or the detection devices () are arranged such that the at least two detection devices () are arranged, in particular alternatingly, offset in a Cartesian coordinate system () z-coordinate direction.
