The compound represented by the following formula is useful as a light-emitting material. Ror Ris Het-L-* or CN-L-*; one to three of Rto Rare diarylamino groups; the rest are a hydrogen atom or an aryl group; Het is a heteroaryl group; and Lis a single bond or an arylene group.
