Abstract
An electrolytic capacitorincludes: a capacitor elementin which an anode foiland a cathode foileach having a dielectric oxide film face each other across a separator; a body casethat houses the capacitor element; and a sealing memberthat seals the body case. An electrolyte and a hydrophilic compound are held between the anode foiland the cathode foil. A sealing member deterioration preventing agent immiscible with the hydrophilic compound is arranged inside the body case
