A flow-rate control valveincludes: a housing including a valve body configured to regulate an opening degree of a flow channel to be reciprocable, formed therein; a driving force transmission mechanismprovided in the housing and including a valve driving shaft driving a valve body, a hollow screw shaftscrewed to the valve driving shaft and a rotatorconfigured to rotate the hollow screw shaft; and a drive mechanismincluding actuatorsandwith a pistonembedded therein, the pistonis provided with a leverengaged with engaging sections provided on the rotator, and the rotatoris rotated to a constant angle through the leverby reciprocation of the pistonto regulate the opening degree of the flow channel by the valve body.
