Abstract
A method () for shifting an electrically shiftable transmission () for a vehicle (), in particular a utility vehicle (), includes detecting () a position (P) of a shift element () of the transmission (). The method includes determining () a plurality of movement portions () which relate to a shifting process (), on the basis of the position (P), and determining () a control mode () based on the movement portion () corresponding to the current position (P).
