Abstract
A linear actuator with a cushion mechanism includes: an actuator body () having a motor (), a lead screw (), an outer pipe () and a retractable pipe (), the lead screw () is driven by the motor (), the retractable pipe () has a screw nut (); a rapid release mechanism () disposed on the lead screw () and releasing a driving relation of the motor () and the lead screw (); and a cushion mechanism () disposed in the actuator body () and having an elastic member () and a deceleration structure (). When the rapid release mechanism () is released, the lead screw () rotates while the retractable pipe () being loaded, the screw nut () compresses the elastic member () to make the deceleration structure () generate a brake, thus a rotation speed of the lead screw () is lowered.
