Abstract
A slide rail () includes a movable male section () and a fixed female section () that receives the male section, these being guided with respect to one another by rolling bearing cages () that hold rolling bearings, the cages having shoes (P) that cooperate frictionally with the sections of the slide rail to increase the sliding resistance of the slide rail at the bearing surfaces.
