Abstract
A rotary load level of a flywheel of a fitness bike is adjustable to increase or decrease based on a one-touch manipulation of a switch for regulating a rotary load to the flywheel in opposing directions. This makes it possible to reliably adjust the rotary load level without causing a change in a user's posture during a ride of the fitness bike and to gradually control the rotary load level of the flywheel of the fitness bike.
