Abstract
Systems and methods are described for correcting rolling shutter effect for images captured by a camera. In some embodiments, an adjustable transparency layer is placed between an image sensor and a camera lens, where the adjustable transparency layer is controlled to become transparent and then opaque in order to produce a single concurrent effective exposure time, reducing rolling shutter effect.
