Abstract
A seal member including a resin portion that contains a resin and a polymerization inhibitor, in which when an SP value [(J/cm)] of the resin is defined as SPb and an SP value [(J/cm)] of the polymerization inhibitor is defined as SPp, a relationship of Expression (1) is satisfied, when an area of the polymerization inhibitor in a cross section is set to 100% by area in observation of the cross section of the resin portion of the seal member, an area of the domain of the polymerization inhibitor with a short diameter of 5 μm or greater is 25% by area or less.
