Abstract
A wrapping devicefor wrapping a sheetaround a groupof segments comprises a wrapping conveyorand a contact element. The wrapping conveyorcomprises a conveyor surfacefor receiving the groupof segments. The contact elementprovides a counter surface. The counter surfaceis arranged at a distance to the conveyor surfaceof the wrapping conveyor. The counter surfacefaces the conveyor surfaceof the wrapping conveyor. The counter surfaceis configured to engage the groupof segments and the sheetwhen the groupof segments is moved along the counter surfaceby the wrapping conveyorto cause rotation of the groupof segments to wrap the groupof segments with the sheet. At least a first portionof the contact elementcomprising at least a first partof the counter surfaceis formed by a first material being an elastic material having a shore hardness between 30 A and 70 A.
