Abstract
An organic light emitting display device includes a first to a third pixel electrodes and a pixel defining layer disposed on a substrate, a first light emitting layer disposed on the first pixel electrode, a second light emitting layer disposed on the first to third pixel electrodes, a third light emitting layer disposed on the third pixel electrode, a thickness compensation layer disposed on the third pixel electrode, overlapping the third light emitting layer, and including Z-ITO having a ZnOcontent of about 50 wt % or more, and about 90 wt % or less, and a common electrode disposed on the first to third light emitting layers.
