Abstract
Discharge port () as arc-recessed discharge portion is formed by cutting on bottom surface () of pump accommodating portion () of variable displacement pump. On mounting surface () of housing body (), first low pressure chamber () is formed at position overlapping with discharge port () in radial direction of pump structure () formed by driving shaft (), rotor () and vanes () Drain hole () communicating with low pressure portion located outside housing body () is formed on bottom surface () of first low pressure chamber () along direction of rotation axis (O) of pump structure (). Low pressure portion has pressure that is hydraulic pressure of oil discharged from discharge port () or less. Oil from discharge port (), having higher pressure than first low pressure chamber (), flows into first low pressure chamber () by pressure difference between discharge port () and first low pressure chamber ().
