Abstract
A ((((1r,3R,5S,7r)-3,5-dimethyladamantan-1-yl)carbamoyl)oxy)-methyl benzoate injection preparation contains ((((1r,3R,5S,7r)-3,5-dimethyladamantan-1-yl)carbamoyl)oxy)-methyl benzoate, a suspension agent, a stabilizer, an osmotic pressure adjustment agent, a pH regulator and a solvent; and the preparation may be a ready-to-use liquid injection and may also be a lyophilized powder for injection. The preparation has noticeable slow-release effects after injection, so that the drug action time can be prolonged, the frequency of dose can be reduced, the compliance of patients can be enhanced, and bioavailability can be increased.
