Abstract
An in vivo apparatus for determining activity of an enzyme including a reservoir, a predetermined quantity of a reactant contained with the reservoir, and a working electrode having at least one aperture. The reactant is configured to be released from the reservoir through the at least one aperture of the working electrode. The working electrode is configured to detect a product of a reaction of the reactant with an enzyme and produce a signal proportional to the activity of the enzyme.
