A control unitof a bellows pump devicedetermines whether or not a second bellows(first bellows) is in a predetermined expanded state when the first bellows(second bellows) contracts to a mid-contraction state, on the basis of respective detection signals of a first detection unitand a second detection unit, and when a determination result of the determination is negative, the control unitperforms next pressure increase control of controlling a second electropneumatic regulator(first electropneumatic regulator) such that an air pressure of a pressurized air to be supplied to a second suction-side air chamberB (first suction-side air chamberA) of a second driving unit(first driving unit) at next expansion of the second bellows(first bellows) is increased.
