Abstract
A cutting tool includes a substrate at least partially coated with a 1-25 μm coating. The substrate is of cemented carbide or cermet and the coating includes one or more layers, wherein at least one layer is a W(CN)layer, and wherein 0.6≤x≤0.8 and 1.1≤y≤1.8 and with a layer thickness of 1-20 μm.
