Abstract
In an electronic device and an operating method of the electronic device according to various embodiments, the electronic device may include: a radio access network (RAN) intelligent controller (RIC) connected to at least one Enode. The RIC may include: an application, a plurality of Eterminations connected between the at least one node and the application, and a traffic controller. The traffic controller may be configured to: receive a subscription request for the node from the application, select an Etermination to be used for the application to perform subscription among the plurality of Eterminations based on traffic information of data transmitted or received through the Etermination, and control the application to receive data through the Enode, through the selected Etermination.
