Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may determine to initiate a random access procedure for a primary cell; and receive, on a secondary cell of the primary cell, at least one physical downlink control channel communication conveying information associated with the random access procedure for the primary cell.
