An air purifier is disclosed. The air purifier includes a case having a suction port formed at a peripheral wall, an upper side of which is open; a discharge cover having a discharge port open upward, which is disposed at the open upper side of the case; a fan that is disposed inside of the case and forms a flow of air from the suction port toward the discharge port by rotation thereof; a circulator that is disposed above the discharge cover and changes a flow direction of air that flows upward through the discharge port; a rotating device that is rotatably disposed above the discharge cover and changes, into a circumferential direction, a direction that the circulator faces; a moving device movably disposed above a pivoting member, and connected to the circulator to vertically adjust a direction in which the circulator faces; a first movable gear that is rotatably disposed inside of the rotating device and engages with one side of the moving device; and a first motor that is disposed inside of the rotating device and rotates the first movable gear.
