A tire management device () includes: an information acquisition section () that acquires mounted position information indicating a mounted position of a tire on a vehicle () and mounted tire information that is information on the state of the tire including internal pressure; a determination section () that determines an abnormal internal pressure of the tire based on the mounted tire information; and a notification section () that outputs the mounted position and an abnormal internal pressure determination result of the tire that has been determined to have an abnormal internal pressure to a notification destination.
