Abstract
There is provided a calculation method of calculating a starting point (X, Y) of signal rise from a fluorescence signal measured using a biological sample, wherein the fluorescence signal is time-series data including a dataset (measurement time, fluorescence intensity) of the fluorescence intensity for the measurement time and wherein the calculation method includes a process of calculating a temporary starting point (X, Y) and a process of calculating the starting point (X, Y) of the signal rise on the basis of the temporary starting point (X, Y).
