Abstract

A wireless power transfer systemincludes a power transmission deviceand a power reception device. The power transmission deviceis a power transmission deviceinstalled in a road, is provided with a power transmission coilthat transmits power wirelessly, and is configured such that when installed in the road, the normal line of a coil plane of the power transmission coilis inclined with respect to the normal line of the road surface of the roadin a lateral cross section of the road. The power reception deviceis provided with a power reception coilthat receives power wirelessly, and at least a portion of the power reception coilis housed in the wheelof the moving body
