Abstract
A terminal includes a communication unit configured to perform communication to which dual connectivity is applied with a base station, a receiving unit configured to receive, from the base station, signaling indicating an indication to perform activation of a secondary cell group and signaling indicating an indication to perform deactivation of the secondary cell group, and a control unit configured to perform the deactivation of the secondary cell group and perform switching to a band including a synchronization signal, in a case where the receiving unit receives the signaling indicating the indication to perform the deactivation of the secondary cell group.
