Abstract

A stator (B) has stator coils (U, Vand W) of a first system and stator coils (U, Vand W) of a second system, and the coils are supplied with power from inverter modules (). A fuse module () has two fuse circuit elements () corresponding to respective systems. Phase lines of U, V and W of each fuse circuit element () are connected together at a neutral point (), and a fuse () is interposed between the neutral point () and each coil. By supplying power to a heater () accommodated in the fuse circuit element () from a control terminal (), the fuse () is blown out.
