Abstract

Shrimp feeds and additives for preventing, reducing the occurrence of, treating, and/or facilitating recovery from white feces syndrome in shrimp. A shrimp feed additive or shrimp feed includes a phytogenic component, a nutritional component, or a combination thereof. The phytogenic component can include, capsaicin, trans-anethole, or a combination thereof.
