Abstract

A light emitting system () intended for optical communication, which presents several OLEDs () whose activation allows to obtain different levels of light intensity corresponding to different levels of light modulation, and which comprises an organic optoelectronic device () of the OLED () type having actuatable zones () each with a specific geometric pattern, on a substrate () which supports a first layer () formed by a plurality of transparent or opaque and conductive anodes () laterally separated by engravings (); a second layer for insulation () on regions of the first layer (), serving to electrically insulate the anodes () and to guarantee the continuity of the two following layers and having a thickness e; a third layer () of thickness ecomprising at least one stack of organic layers (); a fourth layer of metal () with a thickness ehaving a plurality of cathodes () laterally separated from one another and covering said stack of organic layers (), lateral separation profiles () of the cathodes () and of the organic layers (), for electrically insulation the cathodes (), of thickness egreater than e+e+e, deposited on the first layer () or on the second layer ().
