The organic light-emitting device includes a light-emitting layer (), including a first host material, a second host material, at least one auxiliary material, and at least one dopant material; the first host material and the second host material form a first composite transport material; the auxiliary material and the second host material form the second composite transport material; S1(A)>S1(CH)>S1(C); T1(A)>T1(CH)>T1(C); S1(A) is the lowest singlet state energy of the host material, S1(CH) is the lowest singlet state energy of the composite transport material, S1(C) is the lowest singlet state energy of the dopant material; T1(A) is the lowest triplet state energy of the host material, T1(CH) is the lowest triplet state energy of the composite transport material, and T1(C) is the lowest triplet state energy of the dopant material.
