An intraluminal prosthesis () and methods thereof for treating at least portal hypertension. The terminal frame () includes a coupled end () coupled to at least one of a first-end annular member () or a second-end annular member () respectively at a first end () or a second end () of the main frame (). The tubular graft () extends from the first-end annular member () to the second-end annular member ().
