Abstract

An information processing system generates a display image by rendering aD virtual space in which one or moreD models are arranged at a viewpoint of a virtual camera, determines a target object from theD models, renders only the target object at the viewpoint of the virtual camera to convert the target object intoD image data, generates a plurality of dot pictures by making an inside of each dot uniform color information based on a predetermined rule, theD image data including a plurality of neighboring pixels as one dot, and displays the dot pictures instead of theD models in theD virtual space by attaching the dot pictures to a billboard set as an image attachable area which always faces the virtual camera in theD virtual space with respect to a position where the target object is arranged in theD virtual space.
