Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a communication technique that merges IoT technology with a 5G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rates than 4G systems, and a system therefor. The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail business, security and safety-related services, etc.) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. The present disclosure discloses a method for improving the reliability of a control channel in a wireless communication system. Specifically, a method for a base station in a wireless communication system is characterized in that: control channel configuration information including a plurality of pieces of transmission configuration indicator (TCI) information is transmitted to a terminal; downlink control information for scheduling downlink data is transmitted to the terminal on a plurality of downlink control channels according to a plurality of TCIs; and the downlink data is transmitted to the terminal.
