Abstract

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a measurement configuration for a service interruption measurement regarding a handover of the UE from a source cell to a target cell. The UE may transmit measurement information that identifies at least one of the service interruption measurement or a time value used to determine the service interruption measurement.
