Abstract
A hearing aid () includes an earpiece (), a casing (), and coupling member (). The earpiece () is configured to sit at least partially within the user's ear canal when worn. The casing () supports a sound processor () and a microphone () and is configured to sit behind a users ear and in contact with the user's pinna when worn. The coupling member () couples the casing () to the earpiece (). The coupling member () has an effective length that is adjustable to accommodate users with different ear geometries.
