Abstract
An occupant protection method and system, and a computer-readable medium, where the method includes: S: collecting external environment information of a vehicle; S: determining, based on the environment information, whether there is an obstacle within a monitoring area, and if yes, proceeding to step S; or if no, returning to step S; S: predicting a movement trajectory of the obstacle; S: calculating a probability of collision between the vehicle and the obstacle based on vehicle body data and motion information of the vehicle, and the movement trajectory of the obstacle; S: determining whether the probability of collision is greater than a collision threshold, and if yes, proceeding to step S; or if no, returning to step S; S: partially inflating a seat cushion airbag of the vehicle to adjust a sitting posture of an occupant; S: determining whether a collision is detected, and if yes, proceeding to step S; or if no, returning to step S; and S: fully inflating the seat cushion airbag.
