Abstract
A blur correction device includes a sensor that detects an amount of blurring of an imaging apparatus, a mechanical blur correction device that corrects blurring by moving an optical element included in the imaging apparatus based on the amount of blurring, an electronic blur correction circuit corrects the blurring based on the amount of blurring with respect to an image obtained through imaging by using the imaging apparatus, and a supplementary blur correction circuit that corrects the blurring by applying a FIR filter or an IIR filter with respect to the image obtained by imaging through sharing and operating the mechanical blur correction device and the electronic blur correction circuit at a predetermined ratio during exposure in the imaging apparatus.
