Abstract

A casehas a total of first to sixth flat partsA toF arranged in a circumferential direction of the caseand a total of first to sixth arced partstoconnecting adjacent flat parts with each other. When viewed in an axial direction of a shaft, inner circumferential surfaces CF of the first to sixth arced partstoare each formed in an arced shape having a radius Rand a center AC of the caseas the center. In addition, since the statoris only supported by the inner circumferential surfaces CF (six in total), the press-fit load of the statorwith respect to the casecan be reduced, and it is possible to increase the assembling accuracy.
