Abstract
An electrode including a substrate, a binding compound, date seed mesoporous carbon, and a conductive carbon (CC) other than the date seed mesoporous carbon. The date seed mesoporous carbon has a surface area of 600-800 m/g, an average pore size of 1-5 nm, and a sheet morphology. A mixture of the binding compound, the date seed mesoporous carbon, and the conductive carbon other than the date seed mesoporous carbon is coated on the surface of the substrate.
