Abstract
A traffic simulation method includes: performing mesoscopic traffic simulation on a target vehicle corresponding to a target trip matrix in a current time period based on starting mesoscopic simulated traffic condition data corresponding to the current time period and a simulation requirement to obtain target travel data of the target vehicle in the current time period, the starting mesoscopic simulated traffic condition data being determined according to real-time microscopic simulated traffic condition data in a previous time period corresponding to the current time period; and performing microscopic traffic simulation on a traveling vehicle in a simulated road network corresponding to the starting mesoscopic simulated traffic condition data based on the target travel data to obtain real-time microscopic simulated traffic condition data corresponding to the current time period, which is used for obtaining a simulated traffic condition corresponding to the simulation requirement in the current time period.
