A compound comprising a metal M and a ligand L, where Lincludes a structure of Formula I, is disclosed. In Formula I, each of Land Lis a direct bond of a linking group; each of Xto Xis C or N; each of R, R', R, R, R, and Ris independently hydrogen or a General Substituent. OLEDs, consumer products, and formulations including the compound are also disclosed.
