Abstract

The present invention relates to a compound and an organic light-emitting device containing the compound. The compound has a structure as shown in Formula (1), where X is selected from the group consisting of: O, S, Se, CRR, SiRR, GeRRand BR. The compound can be used in organic light-emitting devices, particularly as a host material or a hole blocking layer material in an emitting layer of a device or both as the host material and hole blocking layer material simultaneously. Moreover, the compound can provide a higher luminous efficiency for a device, especially has the advantages such as a longer service life of a device, and has the possibility to be applied to the AMOLED industry.
