Abstract
The present invention concerns a medical device delivery apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a head element () at a proximal end of the apparatus, the head being configured for extending through the medical device and projecting proximally therefrom; the head element having one or more hook elements () for engaging a control loop coupled to the medical device, wherein the one or more hook elements are axially fixed in relation to the head element.
