Abstract
An information processing system () includes: acquisition means () for acquiring, regarding a frame of a video image distributed via a network, information indicating vectors of movements regarding respective subareas obtained by dividing the frame of the video image into a plurality of areas; estimation means () for estimating a position of an area of a specific part of a subject in the frame of the video image based on the information indicating the vectors of the movements acquired by the acquisition means; and control means () for causing a coding parameter to be set for the frame of the video image based on the position of the area of the specific part estimated by the estimation means.
