Abstract
A drive-brake arrangement for a wheel of an electric bicycle includes a motor () with a stator () and a disk-shaped rotor (). The stator () is connected directly or indirectly to a frame part () and encloses the rotor () in an at least partially annular manner. The rotor () has permanent magnets () and is connected operatively to a drive shaft () for conjoint rotation therewith. The rotor () has a rotational speed nand the drive shaft () has a rotational speed n. A brake caliper () is mounted on the frame part () and encloses a brake disc () in an at least partially annular manner. The brake disc () is connected operatively to the driveshaft () for conjoint rotation therewith. The rotor () is connected operatively to the driveshaft () via a planetary transmission () and achieves a transmission ratio i=n/n>1.
