Abstract
A slicing machine for slicing product calibers into slices comprises a cutting unit including a blade shaft having a blade support, and a plate-shaped or bowl-shaped blade which is detachably fastenable to the blade support of the blade shaft and rotatably driveable about a blade axis. The slicing machine further comprises a feed unit for feeding at least one caliber in a feeding direction to the cutting unit, a discharge conveyor for discharging at least one separated slice, and a mounting device to facilitate mounting and dismounting of the blade at the blade support.
