Abstract
An autonomous vehicle navigation system includes a controller configured or programmed to receive environment or location information a work vehicle detected by a sensor, receive user input data, and cause the work vehicle to traverse and exit a first row in the first plot, traverse a margin area located between the first plot and an adjacent field, and perform a turning maneuver process before entering a second row in the first plot. The controller determines, before the work vehicle starts driving, whether or not to turn on a turning area wider function based on a first condition group being satisfied based on the user input data. During the turning maneuver process, the controller judges whether or not the work vehicle is allowed to enter a third row of the adjacent field based on a second condition group being satisfied based on the information detected by the sensor.
